About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Crossed Athletics website, booking system, and training services operated by KidFit Sports Academy LLC ("Crossed Athletics," "we," "us"). By booking a session, creating an account, or opting in to messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Training services

Crossed Athletics offers private 1-on-1 basketball training for athletes ages 8-16 in Miami, FL. Packages, session counts, pricing, and scheduling policies are described on the Packages page. Sessions are non-transferable to other programs and have the expiration window listed at the time of purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. By purchasing a package or session you authorize the charge described at checkout. Refunds for unused sessions are handled case-by-case by emailing crossedathletics@gmail.com.

Liability

Athletic training involves physical activity and inherent risk. By participating you acknowledge those risks. Crossed Athletics and KidFit Sports Academy LLC are not liable for injuries sustained during sessions beyond what is required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
